Research information system

HUESCA collects information on publications, books and academic events. University departments use separate application instances and databases while retaining a consistent way of working with the system.

That architecture calls for clear separation of data and permissions. The project reflects our experience with software for large organisations where many teams follow shared rules but remain responsible for their own resources.

Digital dentistry and B2B collaboration

ORTOLAB

Orthodontic laboratory platform

ORTOLAB connects its public website and clinic-facing environment with the work of a specialist orthodontic laboratory. Orders cover digital models, 3D printing and individual orthodontic services.

The ordering interface has to reflect how the laboratory works. Our experience includes connecting B2B client service with the preparation of individual work and controlling access to service and order information.

Digital dentistry ecosystem

DDP.SYSTEMS brings together tools for diagnostics, treatment planning and practice management. Dentists, orthodontists, surgeons and technicians take part in a shared process, each needing different data and permissions.

Work on an ecosystem like this requires a clear view of information flows between applications, including diagnostic data and 3D models. We draw on that experience when assessing integrations and the boundaries of responsibility between systems.

Patient communication platform

ORTHOCASE helps clinics receive requests, questionnaires and material for an initial treatment assessment. It connects a patient’s first contact with the work of clinic staff and related tools.

Health data and clinical photographs require careful handling. The project reflects our experience with processes that must make communication straightforward while keeping patient information confidential and access clearly separated.

NUENO

Custom content management system

NUENO lets university departments and teams run their own websites without changing application code. Editors publish content within structures suited to each site.

A shared system for multiple websites has to balance editorial freedom with permissions and a maintainable technical foundation. This work reflects our experience building software intended for successive deployments rather than a single website.

NOVALES

Secure management of multi-million-złoty grant budgets

NOVALES is a dedicated system supporting the management of grant and research-project budgets at the University of Wrocław. It handles complex financial processes involving funds that can reach many millions of złoty.

At that scale, even a small error in data or calculations can complicate grant settlement. The project therefore calls for close attention to the correctness of financial operations, data integrity, security and predictable system behaviour. It reflects our experience with software supporting high-value financial processes.
